Wireless services over mobile networks. (APNs, IoT devices) SD\-WAN (Fortinet, Meraki, Nuage) Wireless services Notify clients of existing incidents. + Provide support to field technicians. + Detect and diagnose widespread incidents. + Monitor incident tracking and escalations. **What we need from you:** * Ongoing or completed studies preferably in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. * Experience in technical/operational areas, establishing direct contact with customers. * Management and configuration of switches and routers. * It will be a plus: Having completed or certified CCNA/CCNP. * Previous experience in NOC / Operations is valued. * Programming knowledge. * Good command of English. * Simplicity in your way of thinking and doing. * Service vocation **This position is based at** Av.
