**GenAI Capabilities PM** As part of the Office of the Chief Marketing \& Communications Officer (CMCO), this Project Management Analyst provides essential operational support for the Stories Program. The role centers on process management, data accuracy, and workflow coordination to ensure the smooth delivery and tracking of story assets across internal platforms. You’ll work closely with a globally connected team to maintain reporting tools, support compliance activities, and enable efficient collaboration—contributing to the overall success of the Stories Program. **Key responsibilities:** Content \& Platform Support * Maintain and update internal promotion sites/tools with operational content (not creative writing). * Support the posting, refreshing, and archiving of story assets across platforms. Reporting \& Data Management * Curate, analyze, and reconcile data from Monday.com, SynOps, and other tools to produce actionable reports for leadership. * Build and maintain dashboards to support resource planning, performance tracking, and strategic insights. Workflow Coordination * Coordinate meetings, track progress, and compile status updates using stories tracking tools. * Develop and distribute tracking tools to support resource capacity planning. * Identify and escalate delays or risks in the story development lifecycle to the Stories Director. Tool \& Access Administration * Manage access permissions for team tools (Teams, Monday.com, Story Gallery, SynOps) for new joiners, movers, and departures. * Lead data migration, archiving, and add\-on development for Teams channels. Compliance \& Quality Assurance * Ensure legal approvals and client confidentiality files are stored appropriately; conduct quarterly compliance checks and audits. * Perform quarterly audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies across all tools, reporting findings to leadership. * Focus on responsible information management, guided by confidentiality and data protection best practices. Stakeholder Management \& Collaboration * Support cross\-functional collaboration by responding to stakeholder needs and facilitating information flow between teams. * Build positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders across global locations. * Willingness to build relationships and facilitate collaboration across teams. Change Management \& Continuous Improvement * Contribute to process improvements and change initiatives within the team. * Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reporting. * Openness to support and adapt to evolving processes and priorities. **Basic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree required, project management certification a plus * 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination, operations, or marketing support * Advanced English level. **Experience and Skills:** * Proficient with MS Office Tools * Competent in workflow/reporting tools (Monday.com, SynOps, Power BI, Teams) * Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies (Gen AI, CoPilot, AI Refinery) * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication for operational updates and reporting * Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, global team environment * Self\-starter with a proactive approach to problem\-solving and process improvement * Basic understanding of marketing and communications principles
