




### **Field Service Tech Lead (Ref. 124117)** **Project Overview** Join a strategic Accenture project in collaboration with a global leader in machinery, construction, and industrial solutions! We are seeking a Field Service Tech Lead – Senior / Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations to lead the design, development, and configuration of large-scale applications, with a focus on optimizing field service processes. You will serve as the expert reference point, collaborating with multiple teams to define high-impact solutions within a dynamic and highly complex environment. The position is 100% remote, with occasional attendance at Accenture’s offices (Parque Patricios, CABA) and occasional travel as required by the project. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the design, development, and configuration of large-scale applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365. * Act as the primary technical point of contact and subject matter expert (SME). * Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and ensure alignment with business objectives. * Manage the technical team, defining and prioritizing activities to achieve effective performance. * Develop and implement best practices for application design, integration, and security. * Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. * Ensure adoption of industry trends and leading technologies to drive innovation. * Provide solutions to complex problems, both for the immediate team and cross-functional teams. * Actively contribute to key decisions regarding architecture and solutions. * **Required Qualifications and Skills** * Advanced experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (with focus on Field Service or related Customer Engagement modules). * Implementation and customization of complex D365 solutions for incumbent business processes. * Large-scale data integration with other products or legacy systems (Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, SOAP, middleware, APIs). * Large-volume data migration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. * Design and definition of scalable and maintainable technical solution architectures. * Translation of business requirements into detailed technical and architectural solutions. * Use of templates and reusable components for D365. * Management and definition of security principles for D365 and Azure environments. * Experience with SQL scripting (T-SQL) and database management in D365 contexts. * Experience testing large-scale solutions (regression, performance) and version control. * Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for D365. * Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) integrated with D365. * Experience working under Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Advanced English (mandatory). **Desirable Skills** * Ability to make key decisions at team and solution levels. * Excellent collaboration and management skills with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams. * Strategic vision for solving complex technical problems. * Innovation-oriented leadership focused on continuous improvement of service processes. **Project Environment and Benefits** * Work mode: 100% remote, with possible occasional visits to Accenture offices (Parque Patricios, CABA) and potential for travel. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. **How to Apply** If you have relevant experience and want to join a challenging global project, we’d love to meet you!
