Senior Management Control Analyst - HR

Structured as a matrix organization of six geographic regions and ten platforms, Louis Dreyfus Company operates in over 100 countries and employs approximately 18,000 people globally. **Job Description** Control, prepare, and monitor the cost and headcount budget for the industrial personnel area of Louis Dreyfus Company in Argentina, ensuring efficient and accurate planning within the Human Resources department. Coordinate employee benefits management, aligning it with corporate strategies. **Planning and Budgeting:** Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets for industrial and support function structures in Argentina. Analyze budget deviations and propose corrective actions. Related tasks: * Gather information from different departments. * Analyze historical trends to make accurate projections. * Coordinate meetings with leaders to discuss and adjust budget-related topics. * Issue explanations of deviations in the current budget compared to the one issued last year. * Resolve conflicts and discrepancies that may arise during budget preparation. * Analyze data from SCORB, Workday, Liquidated Assets, and VISMA reports. **Reports with key HR indicators for industrial assets:** Generate monthly reports on the sector's key indicators. Provide relevant and timely information to senior management for decision-making. Develop and supervise key performance indicators (KPIs). (Average total staffing 1095\). Related tasks: * Obtain and consolidate data from various internal sources related to the sector's key indicators. (staffing, overtime, training, and absenteeism) * Create charts, tables, and other visual tools that facilitate understanding of the indicators. * Participate in monthly meetings for reporting key indicators. Involved data sources: Scorb, Workday, liquidated assets, absenteeism, and VISMA reports. **Cost Control:** Monitor employment costs and company expenses (OPEX). Identify opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization. Related tasks: * Consolidate and organize collected information into standardized formats to facilitate analysis and break down total costs into specific categories. * Review monthly cost variances against the approved budget. * Generate monthly reports showing the current status, explaining deviations from the budget. Include charts and tables in reports to facilitate understanding of deviations and their causes. * Calculate the Landing if budget adjustments are needed. **Automation Projects:** Implement changes in reports with the aim of automating them. Related tasks: * Review current reports, gather requirements from key users, and develop automated templates. * Verify data and compare automated reports with manual ones. * Involve end-users in the validation process to make adjustments prior to implementation. Involved data sources: Workday, liquidated assets, absenteeism index, VISMA reports, and performance reports. **Benefits Program Administration:** * Track administrative tasks to ensure proper service operation (transportation/canteen). Includes tasks such as: monitoring services, managing contracts, and coordinating service maintenance. * Respond to employee inquiries and resolve benefit-related issues. Includes tasks such as: handling queries, solving problems, updating policies, processing employee feedback, contacting benefit providers to optimize processes, and participating in tenders. * Maintain smooth communication with involved stakeholders. Includes tasks such as: coordinating internal communication, communicating with providers, facilitating meetings, and reporting updates to the Labor Relations Coordinator. **Contractor Payroll Control:** Ensure that the payment process contractors carry out to their employees is accurate, efficient, and compliant with oil industry collective agreements. Related tasks: communicate official records, control settled items, verify consistency and updates of items, report anomalies, communicate deviations, follow up on any deviation or anomaly in salary application, and authorize amounts. **Qualifications** **Education:** University degree in Public Accounting, Labor Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a similar role. **Skills:** Excellent communication and technical skills for report and indicator preparation. **Knowledge:** Combination of technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and understanding of labor practices. Knowledge focused on: Human resources data analysis. Report and presentation preparation. Use of data analysis and visualization tools. **Challenges:** Provide data-driven information and analysis to enable efficient decision-making with reduced uncertainty. Lead digitalization/automation initiatives within the department in line with new technological tools. **Additional Information:** Availability to travel between industrial plants and flexibility to adapt to changes
