This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the correct implementation of new technologies, process modifications, and Supply Chain initiatives, guaranteeing alignment with global standards and site operational requirements. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead the implementation of Innovation, Savings, Capacity, and Technology projects, ensuring their effective deployment at the plant. * Coordinate cross-functional teams (R\&D, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning) for the launch of new processes, equipment, and materials. * Act as the technical interface between Development, Operations, and Supply Chain, ensuring proper technological transfer. * Define technology roadmaps, manufacturing processes, and packaging equipment requirements, ensuring optimal operational performance. * Participate in and lead risk assessments (TRA, QRA), ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * Design, specify, and validate equipment, including definition of capabilities, performance (design speeds), and site requirements. * Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of industrial trials (trial management) and commissioning. * Manage the ramp-up of new equipment, projects, and first productions, ensuring operational stability and target achievement. * Identify technological improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions aligned with the global strategy. * Analyze critical packaging issues and propose robust technical solutions. * Work with external suppliers on the development and adoption of new technologies. * Lead the development of technical documentation (Technical Briefs, MPT, commissioning reports, 3PM packages). * Contribute to the development of business cases and investment proposals (CAR), together with Engineering. * Ensure capture of lessons learned and dissemination of best practices (EEM, post-mortem). * Drive the Sustainability agenda within projects and operations. * Develop team capabilities through technical training on new technologies. **Key Skills and Experience (non-negotiable)** * Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Production or related field) * Proven experience in industrial processes, preferably in **packing / packaging** * Technical analysis and complex problem-solving capability in operations * Experience in continuous improvement (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma or similar) * Knowledge of line start-ups, process stabilization, and performance optimization * Advanced level of English **Desirable Skills** * Experience in regional or LATAM environments * Knowledge of digitalization / Industry 4\.0 **Restrictions / Considerations** * Position based in Argentina * No relocation package applicable Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
