About the Position The Developer joining the team will be responsible for deploying evolutionary improvements and providing production support for our products. They will develop new functionalities for our products, starting from a shared vision with the client, aiming to maximize value delivery while always prioritizing quality. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Systems Engineering or related degree program * Solid academic or professional knowledge of the object-oriented paradigm * Proficiency in dynamic programming languages (preferably Smalltalk, JavaScript, or similar) * Knowledge and experience with databases (preferred: Gemstone and/or SQL) * Initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to learn within a dynamic, challenging, and collaborative work environment * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (mandatory) * Financial/investment knowledge is desirable * At least one year of professional experience in related fields is desirable Benefits * 6 personal days off per year * 10 business days of vacation per year * Periodic salary reviews and an annual bonus tied to company goal achievement * Monthly allowance with 80% reimbursement for QR-based purchases via Modo * Discounts through Unilever Benefits Club * Gym discount * English classes * Flexible working hours: 9 AM–6 PM or 9 AM–4 PM Our offices are located in CABA (microcenter), and we maintain a hybrid work model.
