We are currently seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead a Greenfield implementation project using the SAP Activate / RISE methodology from the consulting side. We seek a senior, hands-on, execution-oriented profile with strong capabilities to guide complex clients, lead multidisciplinary teams, and manage scenarios involving high functional and process uncertainty. Hybrid work mode. Southern Greater Buenos Aires Area – Ranelagh **Responsibilities** * End-to-end leadership of SAP S/4HANA Greenfield projects using the SAP Activate / RISE methodology. * Guide and structure the Explore phase, leading workshops and defining processes with SAP Best Practices (Scope Items). * Manage the progress of Business Process Designs (BPDs), gaps, functional backlog, risks, and cross-module dependencies. * Coordinate local and remote functional, technical, and integration teams. * Control scope, schedule (Gantt chart), deviations, and potential change controls. * Provide clear and accurate visibility into project status, pending items, and critical issues. * Lead steering committees, executive status reports, and timely escalation of risks. * Ensure adherence to methodology, governance standards, and client expectations. **Requirements** * More than 10 years of experience in SAP projects. * Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations from consulting firms. * Demonstrable experience working with the SAP Activate methodology. * Solid experience in scope management, functional backlog handling, and gap management. * Ability to manage complex clients and scenarios of high uncertainty. * Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. * Experience coordinating remote and regional teams. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. **We Offer** * Premium health coverage: Top-tier health plan fully covered for you and your family. * Remote work support: Connectivity allowance for your remote work needs. * Training: Discounts on English classes and access to Udemy. * Sports time: Benefits and discounts at gyms. * Personal time: Flexible vacation policy and a birthday day off. * Continuous professional development: Ongoing learning and growth opportunities. #LI-ER1
