Provide executive visibility into strategic initiatives For a leading organization in the **payments industry**, we are seeking a **Senior Program Manager Officer** to lead the strategic management of the project portfolio and promote organizational-wide project management methodology standards. The role will play a key part in coordinating the Project Managers team, ensuring the application of project management best practices and providing executive visibility into the progress, risks, and performance of the company’s strategic initiatives. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Manage and coordinate an internal or outsourced team of Project Managers, promoting the use of project management methodology standards across the organization. * Define, implement, and evolve standards and best practices for managing strategic projects. * Provide executive visibility into the project portfolio status by generating reports, dashboards, and management metrics. * Collaborate with internal departments and business leaders to ensure proper planning and execution of strategic projects. * Define and monitor project budgetary control standards in coordination with controlling departments. * Implement risk management methodologies to anticipate deviations and support decision-making. * Coach and develop team Project Managers, providing methodological coaching and ensuring correct application of defined standards. * Analyze project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and promote continuous improvement in management processes. **What we expect from you:** * Over 10 years of experience coordinating and overseeing high-impact projects within top-tier organizations. * Proven certifications in agile and waterfall methodologies (mandatory). * English (preferred). * C-level interaction and communication skills. * Effective negotiation capabilities. * Demonstrated experience managing teams of more than five members. * Knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically payments. * Analytical mindset with capabilities in developing dashboards, metrics, and KPIs. **Key Competencies** **Leadership and team coordination**: Ability to lead Project Managers teams, promoting methodological alignment, collaboration, and results orientation. **Strategic thinking**: Holistic vision to understand how projects impact business objectives and manage the portfolio of strategic initiatives. **Executive communication**: Ability to interact with various organizational levels, including leaders and C\-Level executives, delivering clear and structured information. **Analytical capability**: Ability to interpret metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to evaluate project performance and anticipate deviations. **Negotiation and stakeholder management** Ability to manage diverse interests and facilitate agreements among departments involved in projects. **Organization and prioritization**: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining clarity on priorities and focus on outcomes. **What does our client offer?** * Direct employment with a leading payments solutions company. * Hybrid work model (CABA). * 30 remote working days per year from anywhere in the world. * Annual performance bonus \+ periodic salary review. * Monthly internet reimbursement and delivery platform credit. * Premium health insurance for you and your family. * Working days of vacation \+ extended family leave. * Access to continuous training, certifications, and educational partnerships. * Attractive, technology-enabled workspaces, plus team activities and events.
