Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation **JOB DESCRIPTION** This is a first\-line, hands\-on people leadership role supporting a local team of Presentation Specialists. The focus is on day\-to\-day execution, prioritization, coaching, and performance support to deliver timely, high\-quality client solutions. This opportunity is well\-suited for someone stepping into their first formal people manager role or an early\-career manager. **Shift:** **Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm** **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide daily guidance, prioritization, and support to Presentation Specialists to ensure processes and methodologies are followed * Track work in progress and team coverage; monitor core metrics (demand vs. capacity) and escalate risks/issues to management * Support onboarding and training; provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive quality and timeliness * Ensure adherence to HR/Compliance and departmental policies and procedures, including health \& safety guidelines * Foster a positive, inclusive team environment; remove blockers and drive rapid resolution for clients * Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation in partnership with management and global partners **Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:** * Bachelor’s degree * Advanced English * 3\+ years of relevant operations/service delivery experience * Strong communication, organization, and problem\-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience leading others (formal or informal) * Exposure to KPI tracking and basic workforce planning **ABOUT US** J.P.
