Job Description: We are looking to add a **Functional Analyst** with Salesforce experience to our team to support the evolution of our regional CRM in Latin America. The role will work closely with the Product/CRM Manager, collaborating on platform implementation, continuous improvement, and support, while coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders across various countries in the region. **Responsibilities** * Gather commercial and operational processes across multiple LATAM countries. * Identify gaps between current and target processes. * Translate business needs into functional specifications for the technical team. * Serve as the regional point of contact for CRM-related incidents and requests. * Coordinate tickets, tracking, and communication with support and development teams. * Execute and coordinate functional testing (test plans, use cases, and bug reporting). * Document processes, user manuals, and guides to improve CRM adoption. * Coordinate with local representatives to align processes and training. * Prioritize requirements with the product team and propose functional improvements. * Support rollouts of new features and tool adoption processes. **Requirements** * 2–4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Process Analyst, or in Salesforce implementation. * Experience working with CRM tools (participation in implementations, configurations, or enhancements). * Experience gathering processes and writing functional specifications. * Experience in functional testing and requirement validation. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (sprints, backlog, user stories). * Proficiency with ticket or project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Zendesk, or others. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00. **Work Mode:** 100% remote
