This role is ideal for an early\-career communicator who is organized, a strong writer, and eager to grow within a fast\-paced, mission\-driven company. Reporting to senior leadership, the Coordinator will assist with day\-to\-day communications activities while gaining hands\-on experience across multiple functions — from media relations to international outreach. **Responsibilities** * Draft press releases, media materials, and external announcements under the guidance of the CMO and Marketing Director * Support media outreach efforts and help maintain updated journalist and contact lists. * Track press coverage and compile regular media monitoring reports. * Assist with LinkedIn content for company executives, including drafting posts, sourcing story ideas, and maintaining a consistent publishing cadence. * Support the writing, coordination, and distribution of the Okeanos external newsletter. * Gather updates from internal teams and help translate them into external\-ready content. * Assist with communications coordination for product launches, partnership announcements, and company milestones. * Help keep drafts, approvals, and timelines organized across teams and time zones. * Support adaptation and localization of communications for key international markets, including Japan and NA and LATAM. * Assist with translation coordination and logistics for regional outreach campaigns. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. * 2–4 years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing (internships and freelance experience count). * Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand voice. * Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Collaborative mindset and willingness to take and implement feedback. * Genuine interest in sustainability, climate, or environmental innovation. * Advanced English proficiency required.
