Experience in refinery processing unit projects. * **Language:** Intermediate English proficiency. * **Technical Knowledge:** Project Management Methodology (Mandatory) * **Computer Tools:** SAP usage (PS and MM modules) or equivalent (Mandatory) **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** * Be responsible for developing the project’s integrated baseline cost estimate and baseline cash flow, participating in defining procurement and execution strategies. * Participate in tender processes, bid evaluation, and contract and provisioning award recommendations, focusing on cost aspects, economic progress curves, and price revision formulas proposed by bidders, with an integrated project perspective. * Be responsible for controlling, monitoring, and updating the project’s economic cash flow and associated deliverables, ensuring compliance with the projected expenditure curve, identifying potential deviations, issuing early warnings, proposing corrective actions, and guaranteeing traceability of reported progress and information—per contract and with an integrated project perspective. * Coordinate matters related to project cost management with contractors. * Analyze and validate certifications and associated deliverables from various contractors/suppliers, ensuring timely updates and monitoring of the project’s cash flow. * Update and monitor the economic progress of various budget components.
