The candidate must have proven experience in processing unit projects within refineries. University degree. (Mandatory) * **Work Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a similar position. Experience in refinery processing unit projects. * **Language:** Intermediate English proficiency. * **Technical Knowledge:** Project Management Methodology (Mandatory) * **Computer Tools:** SAP usage (PS and MM modules) or equivalent (Mandatory) **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** * Be responsible for developing the project’s integrated baseline cost estimate and baseline cash flow, participating in defining procurement and execution strategies. * Participate in tender processes, bid evaluation, and contract and provisioning award recommendations, focusing on cost aspects, economic progress curves, and price revision formulas proposed by bidders, with an integrated project perspective. * Be responsible for controlling, monitoring, and updating the project’s economic cash flow and associated deliverables, ensuring compliance with the projected expenditure curve, identifying potential deviations, issuing early warnings, proposing corrective actions, and guaranteeing traceability of reported progress and information—per contract and with an integrated project perspective. * Coordinate matters related to project cost management with contractors. * Analyze and validate certifications and associated deliverables from various contractors/suppliers, ensuring timely updates and monitoring of the project’s cash flow. * Update and monitor the economic progress of various budget components. Identify and alert possible deviations, and propose preventive and/or corrective actions. * Support contractor and supplier certification control. * Participate in preparing project progress reports at varying frequencies and levels of detail. * Support contract variation management regarding aspects potentially impacting the project’s economic objectives. * Participate in tracking and updating risks identified during project execution. * Be responsible for consolidating, reviewing, and analyzing economic control and projection data for the project, serving as the liaison with Company departments requiring such information for decision-making and issuing global progress reports. **Position Information** * Work Location: Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires * Travel Availability: Occasional If you are someone who: * Works with excellence and professionalism. * Gives your best every day, values meritocracy, and always strives for that extra mile. * Views challenges as opportunities to innovate and learn. * Enjoys teamwork and exchanging diverse perspectives. * Approaches projects with passion and commitment. * Promotes a positive work environment based on empathy, active listening, and respect.
