Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Leader to build and lead a multidisciplinary team developing a new centralized AI and data platform, making decisions amid high uncertainty and emerging technologies. Make strategic decisions in highly uncertain contexts. **Technical Leader – Python / .NET / Azure / AI (Hybrid)** Argentina \| Hybrid Full-time **About the Role** We are looking for a Technical Leader to build and lead, from scratch, the technical team responsible for developing the organization’s new centralized AI and data platform within a leading technology company delivering solutions for large corporations. This role requires strategic alignment with the Product Owner and stakeholders, making decisions amid high uncertainty and emerging technologies. **Your Responsibilities** * Technically and operationally lead a multidisciplinary team: AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Frontend, UX, QA, functional roles, and architects * Serve as the primary technical liaison between the Architect, Engineers, and the Product Owner * Facilitate agile ceremonies: dailies, sprint plannings, reviews, and retrospectives * Lead code reviews, pair programming, and pull request approvals to ensure quality standards * Make low- and mid-level technical design decisions in coordination with the Architect * Manage technical debt and the technology backlog * Accelerate development timelines through proactive use of Code Agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar) and serve as the team’s reference point for their adoption * Report progress and technical status to the Product Owner **What We’re Looking For** * Proficiency in **Python**, version control with **Git**, and experience with agile methodologies * Knowledge of cloud ecosystems, especially **Azure** (Azure Functions, App Services, AKS, Cosmos DB, etc.) * Familiarity with databases: **PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, Delta Lake** * REST/GraphQL APIs, AI / LLM models, and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git) * Experience leading technical teams (including informal leadership) * Demonstrable experience using Code Agents * Experience designing and leading complex software projects with **.NET** * Strong experience with cloud architectures, preferably on Azure **Work Modality** * Buenos Aires: Hybrid (2 days per week in office) * Córdoba: Hybrid (1 day every 15 days in office) * Rest of Argentina: 100% remote **Benefits** * Top-tier health insurance * Connectivity allowance * Company-sponsored training and certifications * Personalized career plan and continuous learning opportunities * Birthday leave day * Welcome kit * Discounts on education (Siglo 21 and Coderhouse) * Partnerships with Unilever, Tienda Molinos, and other companies **How to Apply** * If this is you, apply here! * If not, share it with your colleagues!
