We seek professionals capable of operating in a context of ongoing digital evolution and innovation, who generate new challenges and develop business opportunities. **Your Role Will Be** We seek professionals capable of operating in a context of continuous digital evolution and innovation, who generate new challenges and opportunities for continuous improvement. **Your Main Challenges Will Be:** * **Lead and coordinate** the development of civil works related to the network (new sites, expansions, structural reinforcements, etc.). * **Ensure structural integrity** through engineering reviews, calculations, and approvals, managing external consulting firms when necessary. * **Monitor project progress** using management indicators and ensure timely updates to the schedule. * **Drive continuous improvements** in processes, technical standards, safety, and construction quality. * **Collaborate with Procurement** in defining technical specifications and participate in negotiations, providing support. * **Ensure compliance with regulations**, internal policies, and engineering standards applicable to network deployment. **What We Need From You?** * Prior experience in civil works development or structural engineering is preferred. * Completed or advanced university degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields**. * Familiarity with tools such as **Power BI, Sytex, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite**. * Experience in **project administration, management control, and budget tracking**. * Ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. * Effective communication and decision-making skills. * Simplicity in your thinking and execution. * Service-oriented mindset **This position is based in: Córdoba or Buenos Aires.**
