It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges. * Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field * Minimum of 8 years’ experience in engineering project development within the chemical or energy industries, having worked in consulting firms * Experience in: + Advanced interpretation of P&IDs and process control logic + Developing discipline-specific deliverables such as specifications, material lists, flexibility analysis, among others + Coordinating, selecting, and specifying materials, valves, fittings, and other piping components required for project execution + Reviewing and technically validating the 3D model and discipline outputs derived from it + Coordinating piping flexibility analysis and providing necessary recommendations to ensure the integrity of designed systems + Preparing and reviewing design notes, calculations, data sheets to support drawings and discipline documents + Developing typical engineering project documents at various phases (conceptual, basic, detailed) + Preparation of man-hour estimates for proposals + Design codes, standards, and specifications (international and local). Ensuring designs comply with these, as well as client specifications and good engineering practices.
