Job Summary: The Precision Assembler is responsible for maintaining and operating various machines and equipment, performing routine tasks, and installing and configuring machines. Key Highlights: 1. Job Summary: The Precision Assembler will be responsible for maintaining and operating various machines and equipment—including hand tools—to perform routine tasks. This position is also responsible for the installation, visual inspection, and configuration of machines and equipment within established quality and safety guidelines. Machines and equipment may be manual or computerized. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain machines and equipment. Use hand tools. Transport materials and parts to and from work areas using forklifts and hoists. Ensure smooth production flow. Participate in resolving technical and production issues. Follow established guidelines and procedures. Comply with all safety procedures and policies. Other assigned tasks. Requirements: Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions. Basic knowledge of mathematics applied to workshop settings. Ability to read and follow route sheets/drawings. Ability to train new machine operators. High level of organizational ability. Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, or similar environment. Self-motivation. Experience in machining or a related field. Experience using and interpreting precision measuring instruments. Basic computer knowledge. High school diploma/GED and 3\-5 years of relevant experience.
