Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead teams, define commercial objectives, develop strategies, and ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote strategies and ensure distribution channels WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! **REGIONAL MANAGER FOR ENTRE RÍOS** You will be responsible for the following locations: Villaguay, Gualeguaychú, Concepción del Uruguay, Concordia, and Colón. Main responsibilities include: * Lead and support the professional development of the ATC team in the field. * Define objectives and monitor their achievement. * Develop and promote commercial strategies across regional distributor networks. * Ensure presence of distribution channels in the region, guaranteeing commercial and operational business continuity. * Monitor credit lines and payments from regional distributors/direct accounts. * Identify high-potential candidates and propose new team members. * Coordinate delivery tasks with the Logistics Department. * Conduct monthly commercial meetings with the team. * Prepare management reports and sales planning. Requirements: * University degree in technical\-agronomic fields * Commercial training (Sales, Marketing and/or Negotiation) * Experience in leadership, motivation, and coaching * Proficiency in computer tools
