Among these talents, we are looking for a **Marketing \& Communication Expert SR** *Purpose:* * Lead the Country Marketing Plan with actions oriented toward Raona's objectives in Argentina. * Lead and ensure coordination in Argentina of corporate marketing and trade marketing projects proposed from headquarters. * Propose and lead initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness in the country. * Lead the Benchmarketing and Partners project in Argentina. * Coordinate local actions for the Employee Advocacy brand project. *What we are specifically looking for:* Experience in: * Degree in Marketing and/or Communications. * Proven experience in brand management, strategy, implementation, tracking, and analysis of results aligned with company objectives. * Experience across all marketing areas: digital marketing, CRM, social media, defining awareness campaigns, etc. * Ability to work collaboratively, especially with development and new business acquisition teams. * Proactive attitude and adaptability to a highly dynamic environment. * Advanced level of English.
