Among these talents, we're looking for a Data Quality **SR** Work Model: Hybrid Schedule: Full\-time **What will you do?** * Perform **Data Quality** tasks in production environments with a focus on **detecting and analyzing real incidents**. * Provide **Level 1 support**, connecting with end users to **listen, understand, and analyze reported cases**. * Actively participate in resolving production incidents alongside a specialized team. * Identify whether a reported issue is a **functional error, data error, or process error**, and collaborate with the team to resolve it. * Guide users through complex workflows spanning multiple systems. * Properly document each analysis performed and log incidents in **Service Now**. * Maintain active phone support service via **CISCO** (currently no active calls, but required as an available channel). **We are looking for people who:** * Have prior experience **working with data and processes in real production environments**, ideally in functional incident analysis. * Understand complex business workflows involving multiple applications. * Possess strong analytical skills to identify deviations, errors, and correlate events across systems. * Feel comfortable interacting with users, explaining processes, and gathering information for analysis. * Clearly document their findings and analysis workflows. **Valued skills include:** * Knowledge of **Service Now**, **CISCO**, and **tracking/GIS** tools. * Experience as a tester or in validation automation (not mandatory). * **ISTQB** certification (desirable). * Prior experience in production support roles, focused on **problem resolution** rather than requirements.
