Good interpersonal skills * Negotiation ability * Proactive attitude Ability to understand requirements, gather information, and generate functional documentation. Various system technologies. * Knowledge in budget and contract management. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project (basic functionalities).
