Specifically, we are looking for: Experience in: * Administration of **Microsoft 365** in corporate environments. * Solid knowledge of **Microsoft Entra ID**: users, groups, roles, authentication, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity management. * Administration of **Exchange Online**, **SharePoint Online**, **OneDrive**, and **Microsoft Teams**. * Knowledge of **Microsoft 365 governance**: site, group, and team lifecycle; permissions; naming conventions; ownership; and access control. * Knowledge of **security within the Microsoft ecosystem**: Defender, access policies, identity protection, and hardening best practices. * Experience or knowledge of **Microsoft Purview**, Compliance, retention, auditing, DLP, or eDiscovery. * Knowledge of **Azure services**: Azure App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Monitor, Log Analytics, Automation, basic Networking, and resource management. * Experience with **PowerShell** for administration, automation, and reporting in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure. * Ability to analyze incidents, diagnose issues, and propose preventive improvements. * Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability. * Familiarity with **SRE concepts**: availability, reliability, automation, runbooks, incident management, continuous improvement, SLIs/SLOs. * Knowledge of **ITIL** or service management: incidents, changes, problems, and requirements. * Ability to document procedures, standards, configurations, and best practices. * Analytical, organized, proactive, and continuous-improvement-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills for interacting with technical teams, end users, and clients. * Interest in evolving into a **Microsoft 365 Site Reliability Engineer / Platform Engineer** role.
