We are recruiting for a major industrial automotive company.
Work Location: Capital, San Luis
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Employment Mode: On-site
Contract Type: Permanent

The main responsibilities of the position will be:
Manage strategic procurement of critical raw materials (aluminum, paints, varnishes, and production inputs)
Request, analyze, and negotiate quotations with local and international suppliers
Prepare comparative tables considering price, delivery time, quality, and commercial terms
Negotiate contracts, framework agreements, and supply conditions
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers
Evaluate supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities
Lead, coordinate, and develop the Procurement team (3 direct reports)
Ensure continuous supply and prevent stockouts
Monitor purchase orders and track deliveries
Participate in departmental budget planning and control
Generate KPIs and work with ERP systems
Requirements:
Tertiary or university degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields (preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement roles, preferably in industry
Experience in raw material procurement
Team leadership experience (mandatory)
Procurement processes, negotiation, and cost analysis
Preparation of comparative tables
Intermediate/advanced ERP and Excel proficiency
Knowledge of industrial materials (preferred)
Advanced English
