Job Summary: We are seeking a Production / Process Supervisor to analyze and improve production processes, control critical process variables, and provide technical support in an automotive industrial environment. Work Location: San Luis Capital Working Hours: Full time Work Mode: On-site at industrial plant Employment Type: Permanent Offer Includes: Direct employment relationship. Opportunities for professional growth and development within an industrial environment. Main Responsibilities: Analyze and improve production processes within the industrial plant. Monitor critical process variables and detect deviations. Identify improvement opportunities in quality, efficiency, and scrap reduction. Implement continuous improvement tools and process analysis techniques. Provide technical support to the Production department. Collaborate in product industrialization and improvement. Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial plants or production processes. Experience in process analysis, continuous improvement, or production support. Availability to work on-site in San Luis Capital. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in metallurgical or automotive component manufacturing industries. Knowledge of casting or metallurgical processes. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement methodologies.
