Purpose:
To ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of our platforms and services by applying software engineering principles to solve operational challenges. We seek a professional who will drive automation, observability, and continuous improvement of infrastructure, contributing to a culture of operational excellence and technological resilience.
Specifically, we are looking for:
Experience in:
* Administration of **Microsoft 365** in corporate environments.
* Solid knowledge of **Microsoft Entra ID**: users, groups, roles, authentication, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity management.
* Administration of **Exchange Online**, **SharePoint Online**, **OneDrive**, and **Microsoft Teams**.
* Knowledge of **Microsoft 365 governance**: site, group, and team lifecycle management; permissions; naming conventions; ownership; and access control.
* Knowledge of **security in the Microsoft ecosystem**: Defender, access policies, identity protection, and hardening best practices.
* Experience or knowledge of **Microsoft Purview**, Compliance, retention, auditing, DLP, or eDiscovery.
* Knowledge of **Azure services**: Azure App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Monitor, Log Analytics, Automation, basic Networking, and resource management.
* Experience with **PowerShell** for administration, automation, and reporting in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure.
* Ability to analyze incidents, diagnose issues, and propose preventive improvements.
* Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability.
* Familiarity with **SRE concepts**: availability, reliability, automation, runbooks, incident management, continuous improvement, SLIs/SLOs.
* Knowledge of **ITIL** or service management: incidents, changes, problems, and requirements.
* Ability to document procedures, standards, configurations, and best practices.
* Analytical, organized, proactive, and continuously improvement-oriented profile.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams, end users, and customers.
* Interest in evolving toward a **Microsoft 365 Site Reliability Engineer / Platform Engineer** role.
We especially value:
* Knowledge of **Power Platform governance**: environment administration, DLP policies, connectors, ownership, lifecycle management, and adoption best practices.
* Experience or knowledge of **Power Platform Center of Excellence / CoE**, usage monitoring, app/flow inventory, and risk control.
* Knowledge of **Copilot Studio**: agent creation, administration, and governance.
* Familiarity with **governance strategies for agents, copilots, and low\-code solutions**.
* Knowledge of **security, permissions, and access control** in Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
* Ability to support the secure and governed adoption of **Microsoft Copilot, agents, and automations**.
* Interest in automating operational tasks using **PowerShell, Power Automate, Azure Automation, or AI agents**.
* Knowledge of **Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Compliance** applied to governance of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot.
* Experience creating documentation, standards, runbooks, and governance models for clients.
* Ability to identify configuration risks, uncontrolled usage, or lack of ownership within the Microsoft 365\ ecosystem.
