**Job Details** ------------------------- We are currently seeking an Industrial Safety and Hygiene Manager for a major metallurgical manufacturing company located in San Luis Capital. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, coordinate implementation, and evaluate safety programs and plans, conducting periodic safety inspections of machinery and facilities. Supervise the formation, training, and operation of emergency response teams. Report and investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine corrective actions that prevent recurrence. Provide and coordinate the execution of the annual Industrial Safety training program. Request corrective or preventive actions to eliminate or mitigate risks that could cause workplace accidents within the plant. Advise supervisors and managers regarding job-specific risks. Conduct periodic reviews of the risk profile for each position. Document control activities, inspections, PPE distribution, training attendance, brigade activities, accident and incident investigations, corrective and preventive actions, and all activities related to industrial safety. Lead and implement safety and hygiene policies. Prepare periodic reports with key performance indicators for company management. Authorize work permits for high-risk operations. Participate in internal audits. Respond to external audits/inspections. Responsible for obtaining municipal operating permits for the plant and cafeteria. Sound level and lighting measurements. Ergonomic assessments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Hygiene and Safety. Graduate with availability for full-time on-site work Monday through Friday. Must have official registration and authorized signature with regulatory agencies. Employment Type: Immediate full-time on-site employment through the company.
