More information: http://coderio.com In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize functional and manual testing strategies to ensure the quality of digital products at scale. You will work closely with Development, Product, and QA teams within agile environments, actively participating in defining acceptance criteria, executing tests, and validating deliverables. As part of a distributed team, you will drive quality best practices, maintain clear and traceable test evidence documentation, and continuously improve testing processes—with initial exposure to test automation and API testing. **What You Can Expect from This Role (Responsibilities)** Design, execute, and document test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing. Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring their proper resolution. Document test evidence clearly, systematically, and traceably. Actively collaborate with Development, Product, QA, and Business Analysis teams. Participate in agile ceremonies under Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks. Support test automation initiatives, with a focus on APIs. Validate data in databases using SQL queries when required. Propose improvements to testing processes, quality practices, and standards. **Requirements** +2 years of experience in functional and manual testing. Solid experience in designing, executing, and documenting test cases. Experience in identifying, reporting, and tracking defects. Knowledge of and experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). Ability to document test evidence clearly and in a structured manner. Basic or intermediate SQL knowledge for data validation. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Strong product quality orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. **Desirable** Basic or intermediate experience in test automation. API testing using tools such as Postman. Automation using Python, PyTest, and/or Selenium.
