Implement new technologies to improve productivity Industrial Process Processor A major industrial plant located in Villa Mercedes (San Luis) is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Process Processor to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to lead the configuration, evaluation, and optimization of production processes—capable of transforming data into concrete actions to eliminate bottlenecks, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and superior quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Flow Optimization: Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from conception through implementation. Predictive and Corrective Analysis: Continuously evaluate existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures based on technical data interpretation. Technology Management: Introduce new equipment and work methodologies aimed at improving productivity. Quality and Risk Control: Monitor operational parameters to ensure product integrity and conduct operational risk assessments. Standardization: Develop best-practice manuals, work routines, and comprehensive technical documentation. Job Requirements Education: Degree in Process Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferred), or related fields. Proven Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in similar roles within industrial environments. Driver’s License: Valid and current (preferably including categories for heavy machinery). Skills: Analytical ability, autonomy, proactivity, and excellent communication skills for teamwork. Specific Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Methods and Time Studies. Solid experience in blanking and stamping. Rationalization of tools and management of industrial inputs. Technical Competencies (Hard Skills): Strong ability to interpret production data and metrics. Ability to read technical drawings and flow diagrams. Proficiency with problem-solving tools (e.g., Ishikawa, 5 Whys). Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills): Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems into executable solutions. Effective Communication: Ability to report results to management and coordinate with plant operators.
