PedidosYa Market is the first fully digital marketplace delivering food and household essentials within 10 minutes after an order is placed, where user experience is central to the business’s success. It consists of a chain of strategically located stores, closed to the public and dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery fulfillment. **Job Description** We have opportunities for you! We are looking for part-time and full-time **Pickers** for our PedidosYa Market locations in **San Luis.** **What challenges await you?** * Perform picking (order assembly) and packaging of orders, ensuring the expected service level (completing orders on time and correctly, aligned with proper packaging procedures and without modifying orders). * Receive and stock merchandise according to the company’s safety, hygiene, and organization standards. Register everything accurately and promptly in the inventory system. * Ensure and verify that the merchandise matches what was ordered. * Monitor and control expiration dates and the quality of received goods (cold chain, damages, etc.). * Stock and label products neatly on shelves. Suggest changes in product arrangement to improve picking efficiency. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace. * Identify and report potential opportunities to reduce costs and keep them below target levels. * Be capable of performing daily tasks with minimal supervision. * Develop and maintain knowledge of the product portfolio offered and the demand for each item. * Participate in inventory control processes. * Participate in the payment collection and handover of orders to riders. **Requirements** * Experience in restocking roles (merchandise handling, cash handling, or similar) (desirable). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Teamwork skills. * Responsibility and commitment. * Flexibility, dynamism, and proactiveness. **Additional Information*** Create value for a large business ecosystem. * Always play as a team: Think of solutions and build collaboratively, with positive energy. * Move at the speed of your ideas and take initiative. * Learn, grow, and reinvent yourself: Allow yourself to make mistakes, learn by doing, iterate, and adapt to change. * Generate positive impact on people and the planet. * Work differently, in \#ModoPeYa: It doesn’t matter when or where you work from; what matters is the agility with which you make decisions, your flexibility to adapt, and the results you achieve together.
