Our client is a leading global toy manufacturer with an award\-winning, robust portfolio of wholly owned and licensed brands. You will be responsible for application enhancements, testing, and leading junior developers of the team. Manage the lifecycle of applications in the application portfolio from initial release to their final retirement. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure that all application enhancement requests are prioritized and that requirements documents, architecture, and security standards are met. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. The shift is 4 PM ET \- 12 AM ET. Weekend on\-call availability is required. **REQUIREMENTS:** ----------------- * 10\+ years of experience with ERP development and support, including a minimum of 5 years of experience with Sage X3\. * Experience in the administration and enhancement of other Enterprise Applications (i.e., WMS, PIM, CRM, etc.). * 10\+ years of experience in working with business stakeholders on gathering requirements, prioritizing enhancement requests, designing, developing, and implementing enhancements. * 12\+ years of experience in Application Development. * 4\+ years of experience with Service Level Agreements (SLA) for Applications. * 5\+ years of experience in application development methodology (Waterfall or Agile). * Effective communication and collaboration skills. * Problem\-solving and analytical thinking. * Experience with technical leadership for ERP projects, mentoring junior resources and vendors on solutions. **NICE TO HAVE:** ----------------- * 2 years of experience with systems architecture. * 2 years of experience with application and DevOps, understanding of data integration patterns (API, ETL, ELT, etc.). * Experience with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** --------------------- * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand user needs; draft initial proposals and designs of applications to meet these needs. * Assess the design's feasibility in accordance with security and architectural guidelines. * Develop code and design applications based on user specifications. * Modify existing applications to correct errors or improve performance. * Monitor and assist with application testing, validation procedures, and programming. * Watch and help with application installation; ensure applications operate within established specifications. * Gather and evaluate user feedback, modify applications to improve usability. * Design databases for specific applications. * Determine required system performance standards and hardware configurations based on client specifications, budget, security needs, and other parameters. * Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems to support applications. * Advise on application maintenance. * Perform other duties as assigned. **We offer** ------------ * US and EU projects based on advanced technologies. * Competitive compensation based on skills and experience. * Comprehensive private medical insurance. * Regular performance appraisals to support your growth. * Flexibility in workspace, either remote, our welcoming office or local coworking. * Bonuses for recommendations of new employees. * Bonuses for article writing, public talks, other activities. * 15 vacation days, 10 national holidays, 10 sick leaves. * Personalized learning program tailored to your interests and skill development. * Free tech webinars and meetups organized by Svitla. * Fun corporate online\\offline celebrations and activities. * Well\-established remote culture. * Awesome team, friendly and supportive community! **Why join Svitla** ------------------- Svitla Systems is a global digital solutions company headquartered in the U.S. and operating across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and APAC.
