Program Lead – LATAM Region Location: Buenos Aires Role Overview The Program Lead for the LATAM region is responsible for driving project management excellence, overseeing strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring successful implementation of P\&L projects across multiple countries. This role requires strong leadership, cross‑regional coordination, and the ability to manage both strategic priorities and day‑to‑day project execution. Key Responsibilities* Lead end‑to‑end project management activities for different initiatives across the LATAM region. * Act as the primary point of contact and report directly to the Project Director. * Collaborate with stakeholders in Mexico, Peru, Chile, and Argentina to ensure consistent delivery and alignment with business objectives. * Drive strategic sales initiatives and support the commercial growth of project implementations. * Lead and develop a cross‑regional team; provide guidance, performance management, and operational leadership. * Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and overall delivery quality. * Ensure effective communication and reporting across all levels of the organization. * Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence across LATAM.
