Job Summary: We are seeking an AI Developer to design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence solutions that enhance internal processes, digital products, and business experiences. At Frávega Tech, we are looking for an AI Developer to join our AI Systems \& Intelligent Integrations team, focusing on designing, developing, and implementing AI-based solutions that enhance internal processes, digital products, and business experiences. The person in this role will work on building intelligent systems, integrations with AI models, automations, agents, data pipelines, and solutions that connect AI capabilities with existing applications, services, and platforms. What will be your main responsibilities? Design, develop, and implement AI-based and generative models solutions. Integrate AI models, LLMs, and cognitive services into products, platforms, and internal processes. Design and implement RAG-based solutions, including information retrieval strategies, embedding usage, vector databases, chunking, reranking, and response quality evaluation. Design, integrate, and maintain MCP-based capabilities, securely, traceably, and scalably connecting AI models with tools, data sources, internal systems, and external services. Build APIs, microservices, automations, and reusable components for intelligent systems. Participate in developing agents, virtual assistants, automated workflows, and business-support tools. Work with structured and unstructured data to feed, evaluate, and improve AI solutions. Implement best practices in development, testing, monitoring, security, and performance. Research new technologies, frameworks, and AI-oriented architectural patterns. At Frávega, we continuously evolve. Demonstrable experience building AI-based solutions and implementing them in business/operational products. Strong programming knowledge, preferably in GO, Java, .NET, and/or Python. Experience consuming and integrating APIs, cloud services, or external platforms. Familiarity with language models, generative AI APIs, embeddings, RAG, agents, or related frameworks. Knowledge of software architecture, service design, and development best practices. Experience working with relational and/or non-relational databases. Ability to analyze complex problems and propose simple, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Technical English for reading documentation, research, and working with international tools. Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment. **Bonus points if you have:** Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar. Applied AI knowledge and automation tools like n8n, Google Vertex, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Bedrock, etc. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with containers, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD tools. Knowledge of model evaluation, observability, and monitoring of AI solutions. Knowledge of security, data privacy, and AI governance. Knowledge or experience with vector and graph databases oriented toward semantic search, context retrieval, entity relationships, and intelligent systems.
