Job Summary: Key position responsible for end-to-end procurement management of Mercedes Benz truck spare parts and related services, leading a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the entire procurement process and lead the team. 2. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure efficient and timely supply. 3. Implement improvements in procurement processes and policies. •This position plays a key role in end-to-end procurement management of Mercedes Benz truck spare parts and related services, primarily leading a team. Coordinate and supervise the procurement team. • Manage the full procurement cycle: requisition, quotation, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and follow-up. • Lead procurement of spare parts, consumables, and service contracts. • Negotiate commercial terms, delivery schedules, and costs with suppliers. • Ensure efficient and timely supply to support operations. • Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance. • Analyze departmental KPIs, costs, and improvement opportunities. • Collaborate closely with maintenance, operations, and other internal departments. • Implement improvements in procurement processes and policies. • Team leadership and people management. • Negotiation skills. • Organization and planning. • Results-oriented. • Effective communication. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree 3 years of experience Age: between 30 and 50 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, procurement officer, team captain, shopping, purchases, orders, acquisition, procurement
