Synchro Technologies S.A., an IT infrastructure solutions consulting firm, is seeking a Microsoft and Cloud Services Specialist to support our client — a leading multinational Engineering and Construction company. Job Description: The Microsoft and Cloud Services Specialist will be responsible for the administration and management of Microsoft cloud services, including Azure and Exchange Online. This professional will focus on optimizing, securing, and ensuring the operational efficiency of these services, guaranteeing their proper implementation and continuous operation. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and enhance cloud solutions within the organization. · Responsibilities 1. Azure Administration: Implement, manage, and maintain solutions on Microsoft Azure. Manage cloud security. Configure and administer virtual machines, virtual networks, and storage in Azure. 2. Exchange Online Management: administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Exchange Online. 3. Intune Configuration and Administration: Implement and manage mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies. 4. Security and Compliance: implement and manage cloud security solutions. Ensure compliance with security policies. Conduct audits and risk mitigation. 5. Provide Tier-3 support for complex cloud-related issues. 6. Documentation and Continuous Improvement. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Administration of Microsoft cloud services (Azure, Exchange Online). Implementation and management of cloud security solutions. Technical support and troubleshooting in cloud environments. Additional Knowledge: Powershell: Scripting and automation of tasks. (Desired) Networking: Solid knowledge of networking and network security. Backup and Recovery: Experience with cloud backup and recovery solutions. (Desired) DevOps: Basic knowledge of DevOps methodologies and Azure DevOps tools. (Desired) Experience with Scrum agile methodologies. (Desired) · Education and Certifications: Education: University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent related fields. Required Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Languages English: Intermediate or advanced level (ability to read technical documentation and communicate in English). Portuguese: Basic level (desired). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. Occasional after-hours work or incident response may be required. Location: Puerto Madero, CABA.
