Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to ensure functional and efficient systems, acting as the liaison between clients and technical teams in Public Administration projects. Customer interaction and support in QA tasks Senior Functional Analyst At América Virtual, we are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to work on important projects within the Public Administration. The role’s mission is to ensure that developed systems are functional, efficient, and satisfactory for end users, serving as the liaison between the client and technical teams. Responsibilities Analyzing, designing, and gathering functional requirements. Creating and maintaining functional documentation. Tracking projects and supporting development teams. Interacting with clients for requirement gathering, progress meetings, and validations. Supporting and collaborating on QA tasks and test tracking. Proposing improvements and adding value to assigned projects. Requirements and Technical Knowledge Experience and knowledge of SQL queries. Knowledge and experience in: DFD, DTE, DER. UML (use case descriptions). Proficiency with JIRA and working under agile methodologies (Sprints). Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and functional descriptions. Knowledge of designing interfaces for functional modules and applications. Knowledge of Web Services. Experience in creating user and application manuals. Knowledge of C and .NET. Experience with services, microservices, and APIs. Databases: MySQL and MongoDB. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in tax-related systems or projects (desirable). Experience and Competencies Minimum 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in similar roles. Strong interpersonal skills. Communication, negotiation, and client-facing capabilities.
