Join Space Construcciones! | Construction Manager At Space Construcciones, we are actively seeking a Construction Manager with proven, solid experience. We target professionals graduated in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Master Builder, with a vocation for comprehensive project management, team leadership, and operational efficiency. Who Are We? We specialize in technical consulting, project design, feasibility studies, quantity surveying, budgeting, project coordination, execution, and project management. Main Responsibilities: Overall project management and progress supervision according to drawings. Daily task coordination and scheduling of construction phases. On-site material control, coordination of material delivery and procurement (handling delivery notes and receiving). Management of suppliers and contractors. Budget and cost tracking and control. Knowledge and understanding of methods for certifying construction progress. Supervision and management of in-house personnel (crews). Preparation of technical reports and construction progress reports. Creation and revision of drawings in AutoCAD. Implementation of on-site safety and hygiene regulations. Optimization of time and resources. Skills and Competencies: Reading of drawings and technical details Knowledge of budget preparation and evaluation Knowledge of materials, machinery, construction processes, and site resolutions Proficiency in Excel Familiarity with architecture and construction software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling tools) Knowledge and application of safety and hygiene standards Management of on-site personnel and crews. Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Requirements: Valid driver's license Active professional registration Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, or Master Builder programs Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management. · Work Modality: Contract: Permanent employment relationship. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with availability for overtime (during weekdays or weekends as required). Work Location: Office in Vicente López and project sites as applicable.
