We are expanding our team and looking for a **Senior People Operations Analyst** to join the IT Patagonia community. Full-time position, 9 AM–6 PM. Contractual position. Role Description, Responsibilities, and Activities: * Payroll Processing: Execution of payroll settlements (monthly, biweekly, out-of-agreement, and collective bargaining agreements) using Visma People/Payroll. Specific Components: Calculation of vacation entitlements, leaves of absence, retroactive adjustments, bonuses, and SAC (Annual Complementary Salary). * Income Tax (Impuesto a las Ganancias): Analysis, calculation, and control of fourth-category withholdings. Entry of deductions (SIRADIG). * Digital Payroll Book (Libro de Sueldos Digital – LSD): Parameterization of components, file uploads to ARCA (formerly AFIP), and generation of Form F.931. * Accounting Close: Generation and validation of payroll and accrual journal entries. * Social Security Contributions: Settlement of employer/employee contributions, management of SICORE (withholding system) and unions. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management: Verification of onboarding documentation, early registration in ARCA, and compilation of digital employee files. * Banking Operations: Opening of payroll accounts. Legal Affairs: Issuance and tracking of formal demand letters (carta documento), coordination with external legal counsel. * Health Insurance (Prepaga): Management of enrollments/cancellations with health providers; monthly billing verification against the active employee roster.
