Manage a small team and drive initiatives to completion **JOB DESCRIPTION** In this role, you will face a range of challenges, including: * **Out\-of\-the\-box thinking** to resolve daily queries from multiple stakeholders across the business, including **clients**. * Performing **daily analytical activities**, applying your knowledge, skills, and independent judgment to identify root causes and drive resolution. * Building **strong partnerships** with key stakeholders and finding practical ways to collaborate effectively. * **Managing a small team**, supporting performance, prioritization, and day\-to\-day delivery. Key responsibilities include: * **Monitoring, analyzing, and processing** income\-related transactions across multiple **proprietary and vendor platforms**. * Facilitating **accurate and timely income processing** for all in\-scope products across markets. * **Owning and resolving booking issues** impacting clients, demonstrating strong accountability and client\-oriented focus. * Creating strong working relationships with the teams you interact with and **partnering day\-to\-day** to improve efficiency and outcomes. * **Speaking up** with ideas to address process and technology gaps and **driving initiatives through to completion**. * Ensuring **timelines and client service delivery standards** are consistently met, including coverage planning and adherence to controls. * **Escalating issues promptly**, with clear communication and appropriate prioritization. * **Supporting and managing team members** by allocating work, coaching on problem\-solving and controls, providing feedback, and helping build a high\-performing, collaborative team culture. **ABOUT US** J.P.
