Employment relationship Building Maintenance Technician Location: **Del Viso (Northern Greater Buenos Aires Area)** \| Shopping Center We are looking for a technical professional with experience in building maintenance to join the team of a shopping center in Pilar. **This is a stable position, with focus on comprehensive property maintenance.** What will you do? * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Electrical repairs (single-phase and three-phase) * General tasks: plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry * Resolution of building-related incidents What are we looking for? * Technician (completed secondary education) * Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance * Knowledge of electricity * Proactive and autonomous profile * **Residence in Del Viso/Pilar or nearby areas (mandatory)** Work Schedule * Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM * Alternate Saturdays and Sundays, 10 AM to 6 PM Benefits Offered * Employment relationship * Job stability Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $1\.600\.000,00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in building maintenance within companies or institutions (not occasional jobs)? * Do you have experience working with electricity (single-phase and/or three-phase)? * Do you reside in Del Viso or nearby areas with availability for on-site work?
