




We're building an online course for mid\- to senior\-level professionals in strategy, HR, organizational development, and consulting on managing people and culture through business transformation. As the Instructor, you will lead interactive live sessions that go beyond theory — empowering leaders to navigate change consciously, manage resistance effectively, and build adaptive organizations in real\-world scenarios. Your audience will be B2B clients: experienced strategists, HR leaders, change managers, and consultants from corporations, banks, and tech companies working in dynamic environments, looking to lead transformations with clarity, empathy, and strategic intent. You'll collaborate with the course team to design, facilitate, and iterate on expert\-led live sessions delivered over several weeks. The expert will collaborate closely with an instructional designer at Nebius Academy, providing content expertise and helping translate professional experience into structured, practical, and engaging learning materials. Requirements: * **5\+ years of experience** in strategy, organizational development, change management, HR, or consulting; * Strong understanding of how companies undergo **transformations** — digital, cultural, strategic, or crisis\-driven; * Ability to connect **strategy, structure, culture, and people**; * Knowledge of key principles of: * **Change and communication management** during transformation; * **Leadership and team dynamics** in shifting work models; * **Building new corporate cultures and values**; * **Employee engagement** and resistance management; * **Redesigning roles and skills** amid automation and AI adoption; * **Ethics, transparency, and trust** in transformation processes; * Ability to explain complex organizational concepts in a clear, applied way; * Experience in **large corporations, banks, or IT companies** is a plus; * Genuine interest in **AI adoption** and how AI implementation impacts people, processes, and culture; * **English level B2 or higher**; * Certifications in strategy, change management, HR, or leadership are a plus (Prosci, PMI, CIPD, INSEAD, IMD, etc.). What you will do: * Collaborate with the instructional designer to create a **course structure** aligned with program goals and learner needs; * Co\-define **learning objectives** for each module; * Develop **lesson content, guides, manuals, session outlines, and assessment tasks** (including texts, draft slides, examples, and screencasts); * Participate in **several iterations of content refinement** based on feedback from the instructional designer and students; * (Optionally) appear as a **speaker** in learning videos; * Contribute to the design of the **final project**, reflecting real\-world business transformation challenges; * Ensure all materials are **accurate, up\-to\-date, and aligned with industry standards**; * (Optional) take part as an **instructor** in synchronous online sessions — this work is compensated separately.
