We specialize in academic mentorship, admissions strategy, and neurodivergence support. Our team works closely with students and families to create tailored plans that help each student thrive, both in and out of the classroom.The Director of Education will lead a small, mission\-driven team supporting a unique cohort of students and families across Puerto Rico and beyond. The role blends strategic thinking with day\-to\-day team oversight and offers the chance to shape an emerging model for educational mentorship and executive functioning support.This is a rare opportunity to live and work on a culturally rich, naturally stunning island while making a direct impact on students academic and personal development. Were looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, communicates clearly and warmly, and brings thoughtful leadership to our growing team.No formal teaching qualification is required, though experience working with young people, managing teams, or mentoring educators is preferred. This position would suit highly adaptable, curious, and reflective individuals with strong organizational instincts and a desire to contribute meaningfully to both individual student success and broader educational systems.Youll be based in San Juan and collaborate closely with a virtual network of tutors, families, and nonprofit partners. The Director of Education will be expected to relocate to Puerto Rico and commit for at least one academic year.
