* Supervise and monitor gardening staff, technicians, substation operators, and warehouse personnel. * Review daily compliance with planned activities. * Generate project site visit reports. * Follow up on the proper implementation of access control and safety policies, inventory control, and internal procedures. * Prepare and send weekly and monthly work plan compliance reports. * Monitor and follow up on the timely submission of generation reports. * Receive visitors and explain project operations. * Assist the O\&M Manager in commercial metering download, report preparation, and submission for approval. * Remotely monitor and verify power generation for operation and maintenance contract projects. * Initiate purchase requests and track them until execution. * Assist the O\&M Manager in the operation and maintenance of Monte Plata Solar and other completed projects. * Create and update documents (procedures, manuals, forms, technical sheets, hiring letters, quotations, etc.) to ensure the operation and maintenance of Monte Plata Solar. * Conduct plant walkthroughs, explaining the project, its components, nominal values, conduct rules, etc., to new employees. * Provide new employees with the procedures to follow according to their assigned tasks. * Deliver safety training talks to all Monte Plata Solar employees. * Monitor that all Monte Plata Solar employees have the required personal safety equipment.
