




The Individual and Business Accounts Executive will be responsible for the generation and comprehensive service of customers within this segment. **Main responsibilities include:** Increasing customer engagement through the promotion and marketing of products and services offered by the Bank; all in accordance with defined profitability and quality criteria, aiming to achieve the business objectives set for this segment. Collaborating with the branch manager in analyzing and identifying potential customer markets within the branch's area, promoting specific actions to attract new clients, maintaining updated records of clients assigned to their portfolio, following up on commercial campaigns—including those originated through other channels—and prospect acquisition. Ensuring proper administrative handling of transactions for clients in their portfolio, keeping client files up to date, resolving any issues that arise, and providing personalized, high-quality service.
