Job Summary DevOps Engineers to strengthen the Infrastructure team, focusing on implementation and operation of highly available, mission-critical environments. The role combines expertise in Cloud, Kubernetes, observability, automation, networking, application servers, and AI integration into automation and monitoring processes, working in critical production environments. Main Responsibilities Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (public/hybrid) adhering to principles of high availability, scalability, and resilience. Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters (deployments, networking, autoscaling, resource management, workload troubleshooting). Administer and support WebLogic environments (installation, configuration, tuning, clustering, troubleshooting). Design and maintain network architectures associated with application environments (segmentation, load balancing, on\-prem/cloud environment connectivity). Integrate AI/ML solutions for operational task automation, proactive anomaly detection, and process optimization (AIOps). Automate infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, Ansible, or others) and CI/CD pipelines. Participate in defining technical architectures alongside development, security, and architecture teams. Diagnose and resolve incidents in production environments, including on\-call duties per team schedule. Document architectures, procedures, and operational runbooks. The company specializes in managing and auditing outpatient pharmaceutical dispensing in pharmacies for health insurance providers, such as social health organizations (obras sociales) and private health insurers (medicina prepaga), nationwide. With over 15 years of presence in the healthcare sector, it has established a leadership position in the market, currently auditing more than 10 million outpatient prescriptions per month and collaborating with over 60 health insurance providers, building strong commercial relationships. Requirements Required Experience 3\+ years of experience in Infrastructure/DevOps/SRE roles. Proven experience administering critical production environments. Cloud Solid experience with at least one cloud provider (OCI, AWS, or GCP); knowledge of multiple providers is a plus. Design of high-availability and disaster recovery architectures. Kubernetes / Containers Production-level Kubernetes cluster administration (managed services such as OKE/EKS/GKE). Knowledge of Helm, Docker, and Kubernetes networking and storage management. Monitoring / Observability Experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Dynatrace, or similar. Ability to define business- and infrastructure-oriented metrics, alerts, and dashboards. AI Applied to Infrastructure Experience or concrete interest in applying AI/ML for AIOps, capacity forecasting, anomaly detection, or intelligent automation. Networking Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, VPN, firewalls, segmentation). Connectivity troubleshooting in distributed/hybrid environments. WebLogic Installation, configuration, administration, and tuning of Oracle WebLogic. Experience troubleshooting performance issues and clustering. General Strong Linux and scripting skills (Bash, Python). Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) and CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI, GitHub, etc.). Experience working in critical, high-availability, high-performance environments. Experience with distributed and microservices-based architectures. Competencies Ability to diagnose issues under pressure during production incidents. Collaborative work with development, architecture, and security teams. Autonomy and ability to propose continuous improvements. Strong technical documentation and communication skills. Desirable (non-exclusive) Cloud certifications (OCI/AWS/GCP) or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD). Prior experience in sectors with high regulatory or availability requirements (finance, healthcare, telecommunications).
