We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer with a strong foundation in data and artificial intelligence who enjoys programming, creating models, and deploying real solutions into production. We seek candidates comfortable working with data end-to-end: from databases and pipelines to machine learning and applied AI models directly integrated into the product. The role has a direct impact on developing intelligent features, automations, and continuous improvements within the platform. What you’ll do... Design and develop machine learning models (statistical, tree-based, regression, etc.). Implement AI solutions applied to the product. Work with RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and workflows involving LLMs. Model, query, and optimize databases. Build and maintain data pipelines. Collaborate with product and backend teams to deploy models into production. Analyze data to improve pricing, demand, and performance decisions. Requirements Strong programming skills. Solid foundation in machine learning and statistics. Experience with R or other statistical programming languages (preferred). Good understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases. Experience working with real-world, large-scale datasets beyond notebooks. Genuine interest in applied AI, focused on concrete solutions. Ability to think about scalability and real-world product usage. Practical, results-oriented profile. Targeted at Junior / Semi-Senior profiles. Plus (not mandatory) Experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases. Experience in digital products or technology platforms. Knowledge of cloud, APIs, or microservices.
