Preparation of reports and support during accounting closings. Coordination of HR administrative processes at the plant, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. Handling and optimization of the SAP system for information management. Requirements **Graduates in:** Accounting – Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing. SAP proficiency desirable. Power BI proficiency desirable. Intermediate Excel. Knowledge of Collective Agreement 56/74 - 747 Full-time availability (continuous schedule from Monday to Friday).
