Data quality isn’t a “nice to have” here — it’s mission\-critical. **Location:**South America \- Fully Remote **Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities** * Own QA across all engineering deliverables * Validate: Python\-based ETL pipelines, API integrations, n8n workflows * Identify functional bugs and data inconsistencies before they reach users * Perform light debugging: Small fixes in n8n workflows \& Minor corrections in Python scripts * Clearly document issues with context engineers can act on * Escalate complex problems with structured, actionable feedback * Act as the central quality gate before releases **Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful** ***Must\-Haves*** * Proven experience in QA for software products * Strong ability to read and understand Python code * Hands\-on debugging experience (logs, exceptions, broken flows) * Experience with data systems, ETLs, or API\-driven integrations * Clear, structured communication with engineering teams ***Nice\-to\-Haves*** * Experience with n8n or similar automation tools * Familiarity with REST APIs * Startup experience * Background in data, analytics, or reporting products **What Success Looks Like in Your First 3 Months** * Full ownership of QA across the product * Noticeable reduction in engineering time spent on QA and small fixes * Improved product stability ahead of and during beta * A clear, repeatable workflow for: Validation \- Feedback \- Bug escalation **Your Perks: What's in it for you** * Fully remote, full\-time role * LATAM\-based candidates only (time zone alignment matters) * Paid in USD * 15 paid leave days * 8 national holidays * Birthday leave day **What This Role Is NOT** * Not a full\-time software developer role * Not a test automation–heavy position * Not system architecture or design work * Not a people management role **Why Adaptive Teams?** At Adaptive Teams, we don’t just fill positions – we create pathways to success. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, we’re here to help you grow, innovate, and make an impact. If you’re looking for exciting opportunities and, a team that’s as passionate as you are, this is the place to be. **What to Expect from Our Application Process?** Once you apply, you’ll receive an email guiding you through the next steps, including an assessment tailored to the role. We understand **your time is valuable**, so we strive to keep the assessment process **under 45 minutes** whenever possible, though some roles may require a slightly longer time investment. Once selected, you’ll have the chance to **schedule your first interview** with our team. We aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible, so you’ll always know where you stand.
