Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX index. **Job Description** We have an exciting opportunity for you: we’re looking for a **Software Engineering Manager** to join our Peya Connect team within the Cross Tribe. You’ll lead a team focused on building a new solution in the Martech \& Ads domain. * Lead the strategy and execution of the technical roadmap for this new solution, ensuring high-quality, high-impact deliveries for the business. * Promote quality throughout the development lifecycle and deployment processes to enable continuous value delivery. * Manage and optimize post-production monitoring and support strategies to ensure platform stability. * Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Data teams to drive optimal technical solution development. * Guide and support your team’s professional development, foster technical alignment, and remove impediments. **Requirements** * At least 2 years of experience leading and managing software development teams using agile methodologies. * Backend development experience with at least one of the following technologies: Java, Kotlin, or Golang. * Solid knowledge of distributed architectures, system integration, general solution design, databases, and scalability. **Additional Information** * Learn in a dynamic environment where you can fully explore your potential and ideas. * Work collaboratively, sharing knowledge, experiences, and challenges. * Have the ability to generate impact and create value at every moment.
