Promotion of order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace A prominent construction company is actively seeking construction assistants or skilled workers to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * General assistance in building maintenance work. * Following instructions provided by skilled construction workers and supervisors. * Assisting work crews: loading, unloading, and transporting materials \- preparing the worksite \- preparing preliminary construction setups as instructed. * Performing minor assigned tasks as directed. * Complying with occupational safety responsibilities and regulations. * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the worksite. * Collaborating on tasks to meet project schedules. * Monitoring materials and quantities on site. **Requirements:** * Minimum verifiable 2 years of construction experience (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of masonry and manual tool handling (mandatory). * Full-time availability, including overtime. * Residence in the Northern Zone or nearby areas. * Responsibility, punctuality, and strong teamwork orientation. **Skills and Competencies:** * Professional appearance and effective communication * Ability to learn * Orderliness and neatness **Work Location:** Northern Zone and project sites as required. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Employment Conditions:** Indefinite-term contract. Outside collective bargaining agreement. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $1\.111,00 \- $2\.222,00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
