Main Objective: Comprehensively develop the assigned territory in terms of sales and collections, managing the work team and consolidating the company’s commercial presence in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new commercial agreements with customers in assigned territories - Retain existing customers - Execute strategies to position the brand in key markets - Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for improvement - Achieve sales and collection targets - Prepare KPI reports - Lead the team under your supervision, managing their needs and jointly working toward continuous improvement Requirements: - Completed secondary education - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems - Proven experience in commercial equipment sales or related fields - Ability to lead a team of collaborators - Experience in collections management and customer portfolio development - Availability to work standard business hours, including Saturday afternoons - Own transportation, preferably motorcycle; residence in Concepción, Tucumán is mandatory If you are motivated to be part of a dynamic, professional, and continuously evolving environment, we want to meet you!!!
