Act as a **key reference point** both within the organization—collaborating with various LDC departments—and externally, representing the company to customers and the local community. **General Responsibilities** * Develop and manage the customer portfolio, strengthening LDC's brand presence and reputation in the region. * Manage and monitor the procurement site’s **P&L** and **Budget**. * Lead and enhance the development of the commercial team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. * Share relevant business information with different departments (planting intentions, yields, weather, financial situation, crop technology, among others). * Coordinate operations with support departments: Industry, Dom Exe, Logistics, Risk, among others. **Specific Responsibilities** * Define commercial terms together with the Commercial Manager. * Manage and expand the customer portfolio, promoting new business opportunities. * Lead the **origination of grains and oilseeds** (soybean, corn, wheat, sunflower, sorghum, barley) with a focus on sustainable practices. * Monitor the **commercial position of the procurement site** (to receive, to deliver, pricing, etc.). * Drive sales of **fertilizers, agrochemicals, and seeds**, enhancing barter schemes. * Promote the development of new products and sustainability programs (e.g., Camelina, Carinata). * Assess financing needs and propose alternatives for customers, including **initial credit risk analysis and collections management**. * Coordinate with the logistics team to organize deliveries. * Collaborate with Industry and Plant managers on maintenance, improvements, safety, and quality matters. * Initially control and authorize expenses and purchases. * Ensure achievement of **P&L** and **Budget** targets. **Qualifications** University degree in **Economics or Agricultural Sciences**. **Skills:** * Proactivity and results orientation. * Leadership and ability to inspire teams. * Empathy and effective communication. * Negotiation and building long-term relationships. * Adaptability and resilience. **Competencies:** * Strong oral and written expression. * Commercial profile with an entrepreneurial mindset. * Technical knowledge of the agribusiness sector. * Proficiency in digital and technological tools.
